Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on your location and the selected delivery option. Shipping rates will be calculated based on your address and the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount – details will be provided during order.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Pakistan including major cities and towns. For areas outside our regular delivery zones, we work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this number to track your shipment in real-time with our logistics partners.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that a responsible adult is available at the delivery address to receive the package. If you are unavailable, inform the delivery personnel about a safe place to leave your package.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp  with photographs and your order details. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 24-48 hours.
